How will I get my ticket?

Your e-ticket will be emailed to you, along with a unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode. On arrival please show the email confirmation on your phone so the bar code can be scanned. Alternatively print a copy of your ticket and hand in at reception. 

How long will my ticket take to arrive?

Your ticket will be sent out immediately via email – but it could take up to an hour to reach your inbox. Check your spam filter, and if it still hasn’t arrived after an hour, then please contact hello@monkeyhaven.org or call 01983 530885 

Can I still buy tickets at the door?

You can, but we strongly advise that you book online before arriving. Due to the current situation we have capped the amount of daily tickets we can sell and we wouldn't want you to be disappointed on arrival if we have to turn you away. 

Do you issue refunds?

No, unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds. However, if you are unable to make the date of your booking please let us know within 24hours and we will do our best to reschedule another date for you. 

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes - We provide disabled parking next to the entrance and have wide flat pathways for close viewing of our animals and easy access to all areas. We have been highly commended on our facilities by Mobility Magazine. Please see our Access Statement here: 

Can we bring a dog?

Sorry - no dogs as they upset our animals. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
